The 2027 Ryder Cup, which will mark the centenary of the event, will be held at Adare Manor in County Limerick, Republic of Ireland, on 17-19 September 2027.
Ticket prices will be up on those of the last European edition of the event, which was held in Rome, Italy, in 2023.
Daily general admission tickets for the three tournament days will cost €499, compared with €260 in Rome, although less than the price of US$750 (around €640) for the event in Bethpage Black in New York, United States, in 2025.
The European Tour Group Chief Ryder Cup Officer, Richard Atkinson, defended the price increase as follows:
"We acknowledge it's an increase from Rome … [but] … [t]hat was four years ago, and a lot has happened in the world since then. We are lower than Bethpage. We've tried to make this as accessible as possible to a wide demographic of people. Our practice day tickets will be from 89 euros and juniors from 20 euros.”
And added as follows:
"Our prices are proportionate to a global sporting event. This event has grown in stature and profile; it's one of the biggest sporting events in the world. We're confident in our pricing but we've made it accessible to everyone."
